| yeah... the cello is considerably harder to play than I had imagined it would be. Looks like I'm going to need lessons. Eeps.

Less
than an hour and a half ago you lost your life. While you never really
functioned as a grown up satellite should, you will still be missed
tremendously. Even though you threatened to harm the people of earth,
you were only doing what you knew best; free falling in a decaying
orbit. Oh little satellite, we hardly knew ye. Your eyes could not see,
your mouth could not speak, and your ears could not listen after the
fateful day you lost your senses. Perhaps outer space was just too cold
and lonely for you, so you decided to take your own life all those
months ago. We will never know the answer, but I'm hoping that the
pieces of you are having a brilliant time falling back into our
atmosphere, and burning even brighter than the flames you lit inside of
our hearts. |

| It's been a while, but here's what's been going on with me:
Driver's license is BACK. Car however, has been in the shop all but one day of that license being back. Looks like I'll have it by the end of the week $2,500 in new parts later! Boo.
Starting at WSU on the 22nd. Pretty excited about going to a real school for a change!
Moving out of the house sometime in the next few weeks. Even more excited about this. Need to find a roommate fast though. I think I know who I'm moving in with, so we'll see how that goes. As long as I have enough room for a bed, couch, and desk in my room I'll be happy.
I may be getting into a recording studio sometime to record a full length. This is over a year overdue, so I need to either get this done, or start building a decent studio.
Oh also, I have to get one of those pesky jobs. I'm pretty sure I know where I'll be working, but I have to get my car back so that I can go down and apply.
That, friends, is my life. Things are going to be really different really soon. I can't wait!

| Got a new car! And only a month until I can drive it!

1999 Subaru Legacy Outback Limited, 5 speed manual, heated seats, automatic everything, cruise control, all wheel drive, and an aura of tons of awesome road trips that will inevitably happen in it.
I named her Subie Sue.

| So it looks like I'm going to do a little traveling in the coming months (thank god)
Omaha Nebraska on October 28th to see Grand Archives. Mat Brooke from Carissa's Wierd is the songwriter/lead singer for this band. I'm incredibly stoked about this.
Washington, DC from December 14th to December 23rd. Can't wait to see Evan, Kyle, and Tim who have moved to DC. We're going to NYC as well. I'm so excited about this trip I can't even stand waiting for it!
So that's what I have to look forward to this semester. Much better than last semester, when all I had to look forward to was the summer :)
